Dennie and company will work directly with the client, developer, architects, engineers and other consultants to facilitate consensus-driven goal setting to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) ratings for the commercial interiors (LEED CI) and existing buildings (LEED EB) by organizing "green" design charrettes with the entire team, also by tracking high-performance strategies using action matrices, and by providing on-going research and coordination to assist the team to implement their goals. Other services include working directly with architecture firms and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to apply for LEED status, performing calculations to assess design qualifications for each strategy and pursuant LEED credits. Dennie will provide detailed LEED Credit feasibility studies at each project phase, which include reports analyzing schematic design and construction documents, thereby increasing likelihood of achieving LEED points.


Dennie can provide consulting services for federal, state, and local agencies, as well as private clients and consultants, to coordinate and develop publications, such as a system-wide guidance documents. Dennie and company can research and disseminate green guidelines content on technical topics including sustainable sites, architectural design for sustainability, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, building lighting, equipment, mechanical systems, and materials and resources. Dennie can also design editorial layout, copyedit text versions, and coordinate paperback and electronic production.


Dennie helps organizations to develop company-wide environmentally sustainable practices. Through consensus-driven goal setting, research, evaluation, and facilitation, Dennie and company can collaborate with key players to implement sustainable strategies. Services include setting environmentally responsible building goals, and analyzing facilities management and vendors contracted with companies.
